The ANTIMIC symposium is an initiative of the International Associated Laboratory on bio-production of Natural Antimicrobials (LIAAN), created by the Institute of Nutrition and Functional Foods (INAF, Université Laval) and the Agro-food and biotechnology research laboratory of Institut Charles Violette (ICV, Université de Lille). The third edition of this event is jointly organized by the LIAAN and members of the AviBiocin project funded by the International Development Research Centre of Canada (IDRC) and the Global AMR Innovation Fund (GAMRIF) of the Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC) of United Kingdom.
World-renowned experts from different countries are members of the two symposium committees.
